Last To-Do of 2016: Forgive Yourself

This is my last blog post for 2016. I want to thank you for being part of this beautiful and powerful community.

Before we step into the next year, I’m going to invite you to do one exercise to truly clear the slate.

Forgive yourself.

As women we tend to set very high standards for ourselves. And when we don’t meet those standards, we immediately blame ourselves.

At the beginning of 2016 you’d probably planned and envisioned some goals.

Maybe you met some of them 100%

Maybe you started on some but didn’t get to the finish line.

Maybe some never took off the ground.

It’s ok. Forgive yourself.

This is why life moves in cycles of birth, life, death and rebirth. So we get a chance ever so often to hit the reset button and start again.

Let things go from 2016 so you can create space for fresh, new, creative energy in 2017 to move through you.

I love the Hawaiian prayer for forgiveness called ho’oponopono

I’m sorry
Please forgive me
Thank you
I love you.
