Never has there been a clearer difference between egoistic, power-hungry, corrupt, aggressive-masculine leadership and visionary, inclusive, compassionate balanced-feminine leadership.
The leading qualities of feminine leadership are
Nurturing, the source of tenderness, affection, nonjudgmental acceptance, and compassion
Abundance, the freely given gifts of food and water supplied by the earth.
Inspiration, in the form of intuition, insight, and the muses that inspire creative and inclusive solutions
Peace, the impulse to live as a family in harmony
Clear focus and strategy, a big-picture capacity to combine data and logic to make people-centered decisions

You might be feeling exhausted, angry, helpless, anxious or depressed. Or you might be feeling great one moment and shitty the next.
But in order to master our internal response to external events, in order to tune in to our vision and leadership, we have to tune out of everything that’s draining us and find that calm center, that fountain of clarity, joy and creativity that fills us up. That kind of presence becomes impactful in how it influences everyone around.
Emily Dickinson used to say “I dwell in possibility“
